He performed an esophageal echocardiogram, a cardioversion and started the Tikosyn dosing. As a result I am out of afib for the first time in nearly 5 months, and have stayed that way for all but 2-3 hours. This makes a huge difference in my heart rate, ability to exercise when ready, etc.
